When will my order ship?
We carefully schedule shipments to help ensure your Iced Butter Crunch™ arrives in the best possible condition.
Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday, depending on when they're placed and the estimated transit time. Orders received later in the week may ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
We'd rather delay your shipment by a day or two than have your order spend extra time in transit.

Orders of $45 or more automatically receive FREE shipping and Summer Protection Packaging. Your available shipping options and total cost are always displayed before you complete your purchase.
Will my order melt during shipping?
Our Iced Butter Crunch™ is handcrafted and, like all premium confections, is sensitive to heat. During Florida's warmer months (April through September), there is a greater chance your order may soften or melt during transit, especially when temperatures exceed 75°F.
To help protect your order, we offer:

How is my Iced Butter Crunch packaged for shipping?
We take extra care to make sure your Iced Butter Crunch arrives protected and in great condition. Each order is vacuum-sealed for added protection and freshness, then carefully cushioned and packaged to help prevent damage during transit.
During the warmer months, we use insulated thermal protection and an appropriate cold pack to help protect your order from heat while it is in transit. Our goal is simple: to give your Iced Butter Crunch the protection it deserves from the moment it leaves our kitchen until it reaches you.
What is your return policy?
